ConceptKit is operated by This Is The Concept LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA ("ConceptKit", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ConceptKit service, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms.

1. The Service
ConceptKit provides pre-built website layouts, customised to your brand and delivered via Webflow. The service includes design, build, and handover of a completed Webflow site based on the layout and plan you select at checkout.

2. What's Included
Your purchase includes the deliverables specified in the plan you selected at checkout (Starter, Launch, or Plus). A full breakdown of what is included in each plan is available at conceptkit.co.All sites are built in Webflow. To publish your site live, you will need your own Webflow hosting plan, purchased directly from Webflow. ConceptKit is not responsible for third-party hosting costs.

3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. Work does not commence until payment has been received and confirmed. All prices are as stated at the time of purchase.

4. The Build Process
Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you within 24 hours with instructions for submitting your brand assets and content.

ou submit your assets and content via your private upload link
We review your assets and confirm receipt within 24 hours
We build your site based on your chosen layout and submitted assets
We share a Figma design review for your approval (Launch and Plus plans only)
You provide feedback within 5 business days
We complete the build and deliver your finished Webflow site

5. Rounds of Amends
The number of amend rounds included in your plan is as follows:
‍Starter — 1 round of amends after build delivery
Launch — 1 Figma design review + 1 round of amends after build delivery
Plus — 1 Figma design review + 2 rounds of amends after build delivery

A "round of amends" means one consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single document or message. Each item of feedback within that round will be addressed. Additional rounds of amends beyond those included in your plan are available at £200 per round.

Amend requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery. Requests received after this period may be subject to additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to complete your build, you agree to:
‍Submit all required brand assets and content within 14 days of purchase
Provide feedback and approvals within the timeframes specified
Ensure all submitted content and assets are owned by you or that you have the right to use them
‍
If assets or content are not received within 14 days of purchase, we reserve the right to pause your project. Projects paused for more than 30 days due to non-submission of assets may be cancelled without refund.
‍
7. Intellectual Property
On full payment and delivery, you own the content and assets you provided. The Webflow site, as built and delivered, is yours to use.

‍ConceptKit retains the right to display your completed site in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing within 30 days of delivery.

‍The underlying layout structure, code patterns, and design system used in your build remain the intellectual property of ConceptKit.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Before work commences: If you cancel your order before we have begun work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, email hello@conceptkit.co within 48 hours of purchase.

‍After work has commenced: Once your project is underway (i.e. after you have submitted your assets and we have begun the build), we are unable to offer a refund. This is because the service is a bespoke, commissioned piece of work.UK and EU Customers: Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by submitting your brand assets and content and requesting that work commence, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that your right to cancel may be limited accordingly.

9. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are:
‍Starter — 5 business days from asset receipt
Launch — 7-10 business days from asset receipt
Plus — 10-15 business days from asset receipt

These are estimates, not guarantees. Turnaround times may be affected by delays in asset submission, feedback response times, or factors outside our control. ConceptKit is not liable for delays caused by the Client.

10. Limitation of Liability
ConceptKit's total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that purchase.

‍We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. However, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at conceptkit.co. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
